I have had nothing but a positive experience. When I have had to inquire on the phone the help has been fast, polite and knowledgable.

My mom needs to wear briefs (diapers) and it is costly to look for the right brief. North Shore sent us a sample for us to try. Fortunately they worked great. These briefs keep her dry and comfortable during the night without having to call us two or times during the night to change her. I'd highly recommend these briefs and North Shore delivers promptly and without error.
