I've been ordering from north shore for a couple of years now. I am the Caregiver Wife of a bedriden man with MS. I call North Shore and within three calendar days there's a cardboard box at my front door. However, this week I ordered (In the midst of two terrible North East snowstorms). I expected delivery in a day or two. One afternoon my next door neighbor came over with my box. Unfortunately, the delivery company (maybe Fedex?) had delivered it next door. Fortunately, my neighbor didn't mind and even brought the box indoors for me. So no problem whatsoever with North shore,. A great company- friendly phone workers, great products at a good price, and 99.99 % perfect delivery!

I am very pleased with the underpads I ordered for my 85 year old husband's sick bed. They help in his care so very much and wash and dry beautifully.
