I appreciate the ease of returns when I ordered something I discovered was not what I could use. They were, in general, helpful when fed ex goofed up a delivery.

I called in to order my supplies and was greeted with a very delightful sounding woman who completely understood what I wanted, how many i needed, and we even discussed the fact that I am the person that gave Huggies the ideas for their Jeans Print diapers, the Camo Print diapers and the program to donate diapers to military service personel, and the seasonal Santa Print diapers for Christmas. I am ALSO the guy that gave Depends the idea for their famous 'Drop Your pants for underwareness" commercial campaign. I KNOW diapers and absorbency factors as well as which adult diapers work the best and for the least amount of money. My shipment arrived on-time and as packaged. I am truly and deeply satisfied to the point I wish to work there! I was later informed that their secure payment computer had been hacked and my payment and personal information had been compromised. So far, they are RIGHT ON TOP OF IT!!!! Like the PROS they are!!!! They handled my breached information like a BOSS!!!!! THANK you ALL...for ALL that you are doing and have done!!!!

I recently received my free sample of the light briefs, I tried them and they work great for bowl protection! I just wish they had an elastic waistband with detachable straps Since they are quite large and hard to put on and a bit loud when removing in a public bathroom when changing them. It's a bit embarrassing if others hear you fumbling with them from the stall next to you. Other than that great product and I will be purchasing more.

When free shipping can be applied I'm happy shopping here. Otherwise I shop locally for most things.

I like these better than the Northshore supreme or air supreme because of better fit and absorbency as well as comfort. They do not leak on the sides compared to the other two.

customer service great...shipping costs in the future are not competitive
