very good shipping that gets here within a few days- One suggestion I gave the company which was not acted on was to improve the product is to put a draw string in the underware- The pants fall down with the least amount of moisture. That drawstring would greatly improve the satisfaction of the customer.

Due to my husband's need for the products and a recent increase in the amount of need, we struggle to be able to afford the products which help the most. In addition, the cost of shipping really adds to the costs, which makes me question whether or not we will be able to continue to place an order.

The underpads I wanted to order (for pets) were listed in stock but not able to be ordered online. I called the company and received excellent customer service.
