I was pleased with the part of my order but disappointed with the other half. I have tried to do a online chat with the company and it never would complete disappointment again . Not sure I will do business with them again.

Tried to reorder online & had several problems. Did not find tab for history or previous orders so it was necessary to go thru site. Did not see anything about free shipping with certain size orders & couldn't get to Cart to see if it would pop up because I forgot my password. Called Customer Service & agent found my info but was argumentative & not interested in my on-line problems. Suggestion: We should be able to place order on line without password. I can order airline tickets, pet supplies, fabric & countless other things without signing in & still have access to past orders.

UP TO THIS POINT I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH NORTHSHORE, BUT NOW THEY HAVE DOWN GRADED BY LOWERING THE AMOUNT OF BAGS IN THE BOX AND KEEPING THE PRICE OF THE 15 BAGS. PLUS THE SHIPPING FEE IS EXTREMELY HIGH. THIS HAS TAKEN THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE DOWN. LEAVING ME NO CHOICE BUT TO TRY TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WITH LOWER PRICES. I AM A SENIOR WITH VERY LIMITED FUNDS AND I HAVE NOONE TO HELP ME PAY FOR THESE THINGS.

Your tracking didn't work/blank had no idea if it was shipped and when it would be delivered. The ordering process wasn't very clear or friendly.

Surecare absorbency pull-ups. Size was good. Not enough absorbency. May work for others. I appreciated receiving a sample. Thank you. I would have liked to give a better rating but under the circumstances I am unable to. Wanted to acknowledge helpful customer service. I suggest you request a sample.

I understand the open package terms, but how can you see if the cover fits without taking it out of the package?

The product is good, but the direct free shipping is also prompt.

This was my 2nd and last chance to order from North Shore. The last time I could not get thru the security challenge. It happened again and after 3 tries of getting numbers over my phone it finally went thru. If I could have bought the product somewhere else, I would never go to the online for North Shore again. I actually doubled my order just incase I cannot order online again. I would not advise anyone to order on this website
