I think the mailing cost are a little over the top

I would like to purchase washable bed pads that are WIDER so that they reach BOTH SIDES of my twin bed ( an additional 4 inches.)

I am organized and order refills well in advance. How about a slower, cheaper shipping method? Keep the FedEx option as you never know when there will be an emergency. Just provide an option.

Have used other products was not a good turn out. I now use North Shore products and am very much please with it.

I purchased the pads for my 84 year old Aunt who unfortunately passed away before I could deliver them. The Company was very gracious and allowed me to return the shipment. I wish to thank them for their understanding and would definitely use them in the future. Their location is close and delivery with within the next day.
