They have sent samples with my order and I think the service is great. But buying the product plus shipping fees works out more expensive than with the current company I use. I had to make a once off purchase this month, because the item I normally buy from the company I currently use was on back-order.

I have been ordering products for my Daughter for a months now, and I did try another company because they offered the product cheaper. Wrong choice on my part, not only did the products take twice as long to arrive, I was unable to reach anyone in CS department either by email or phone.
