The cost of the product is a problem, when including tax and shipping and handling. It is competing with the pads from Walmart that I can just pick up at the local store 52 for $10.31 including tax. They are correct the North Shore design does increase the "half life" of their pads but it is the weight of the pad that then requires one to change it, rather than its urine capacity. It is most useful then for overnight use, as one is supine and generally in a discreet setting

I am overall pleased with the service at NorthShore, however the product line has been lowered in value by the change in vinyl gloves. When I first started buying the vinyl gloves in the green box, I really liked them. But, as I said to my wife, some salesman will come in and tell them they can make $0.20 more if they switch to his gloves. Bingo, they switch to his gloves which are thinner and have no flexibility, they reduce the thickness of the gloves by a couple of mills, and push a lesser product at the same price. As a result I will no longer buy their gloves. Unhappy Customer!

I don’t really like the tape the way it doesn’t stick it’s pour sticky and the design is ok just need a Big improvement on the way the tape sticks. I probably won’t order them just because they don’t stick

Like the sample. MegaMax brief because of the refastable tapes something the contidri brief were unable to do.

I think if you pay this much for. Your personal hygiene that the shipping should be free. It would help a lot.

I have ordered pads from you on three occasions. Each package I get is not as pictured. All pads are WAY to big and bulky. I give up.

The underwear fit comfortable and is true to the size indicated. Shipping was quick. However, as the pad filled with urine the underwear stretched and distorted the pants which then looked like I "messed" my pants. The underwear also tended to leak on the sides as they stretched. This was particularly noticeable when wearing the underwear with active wear like sweatpants.

Not what I expected. Too much like a "diaper". What we needed was an extra long liner (not thick) to cover stains. Will donate to senior facility somewhere.
