First order was never shipped. Called back, spoke to a very kind lady, reordered, received tracking of shipment, all was well. Received package, finally!! Opened box- nothing inside was what I ordered. Not even close to it. Maybe third time is the charm??? Not likely going to order again to find out.

Your internet on line ordering system is user unfriendly. Your in person was most helpful. Thank you. Fedx dropped the ball in delivering the product. Next time send it UPS they know where I live. Until I get a custom to wearing the product I may order more.

You can't get information on your order if you are not a regular customer. I ordered through PayPal which we love and when I went to check on my order number which, by the way is correct. Nada came up - they insist on your email address, well if you pay via PayPal they don't have it. That's why people use PayPal and don't sign up as a regular customer. Soooo, I had to call them and naturally they are sweet as a fresh apple pie. They had the information at their finger tips and that heated me up even more so I asked the apple pie, operator why can't I get that information myself and not have to go to the trouble of speaking with you who I want to avoid in the first place? "Your order will be there this Tuesday, Miss." I abhor those robotic operators. Last order from this lady. They won't even allow me to write this review without checking up on me and insisting (see below) I put my order # down.

It's been almost two weeks and I haven't received shipment or satisfaction yet. FedEx says they left it behind a bush, but behind a bush would be on my front porch. NorthShore hasn't called me, I've called them two days now with no positive resolution. Very disappointed.
