The first time I called and placed an order - the gentleman CSR was so very nice, helpful and offered me samples of various products.......my second call was not so pleasant when trying to place an order with a woman CSR - she was in a hurry and her voice dictated the day she was having. I asked if she could send me samples of products and again, not nice. She was just having a bad day, I think.
