The on-line order sequence was troublesome for me and it would have been quicker to just phone you. That is probably mostly my fault but it was nevertheless off-putting. Your service and promptness of delivery was great and your products are good, effective and comfortable.

NorthShore are my every day protection. The price is fair and the quality is good. They are sturdy and can stand up to all day wearing when i need them.

Northshore always gets the orders correctly. However, they charge additionally for shipping. This means that faster shipping would be nice.

I order a case of puppy pads every couple of months. The product is good for a small to medium dog. I ordered by phone and the representative was quite pleasant and I like that the product ships quick.
