I HAVE VERY HEAVY LEAKAGE AND NEED AT LEAST 2 OF THESE EACH DAY UNTIL NIGHTTIME WHEN I USE A BRIEF. THIS IS BEST I HAVE FOUND THUS FAR.

My needs are much more absorbency about 4 cups liquid 3x 4x a night. in one location and fast every fast. Your product is fine if I could walk or during the day but at night no not by itself. I did love the delivery

I suffered a spinal cord injury and am incontinent. I use these so that I can get at least seven hours of sleep a night rather than using a catheter every three to four hours. These are the only brand that I've found that allows me to sleep this long without leakage. The only reasons I rate them as four stars rather than five are they are very bulky, uncomfortable and hot for daytime use in my opinion.

Came quickly, love the product & now have a dry bed all night.
