After I got a hold of customer service everything went well, the email address I had was no longer valid, so I called in the order.

I can't say enough about how fast and accurate the order was! Two days arrival right before Christmas! A little disappointed in product have purchased tartan turn pads in past and they were more heavy duty than this order. So four stars for northshore care supply, 2 for product.

This is a great product and it arrived asap. I was very Thankful for that. The fit even seems better then the ones that was used in the hospital. During the holidays it is very hard to find places open that carry this item. Now I can order from home. Thank You Northshore
