I love this product. It is well made. But it is not the size stated. It is supposed to be 34inx34in when it is 34inx32in. Its not a deal breaker but i just like it to be what its stated to be.

I found the personnel and response was courteous and helpful. My questions answered promptly and correctly. But unfortunately the product delivered to me was not the one I ordered. Nevertheless my return called was handled expeditiously and without any difficulty. All-in-all, the mistake was quickly corrected and my confidence remain quite goofd

The only thing I would chsnge to to have the asorbent stuff got up higher.

The service was great, the product I ordered was good, and was just what I needed I would order again, from this company.

Pads are great but I wish the description had said it was a sort of fuzzy surface. They are for my dog and dog hair will stick to it more than the smoother white ones.

The site was well put together and simple to navigate, it shipped out fairly quickly, and got here in a reasonable amount of time. The only problem came from the strange way that the notifications for shipping was set up.

Need a booklet expaining the use of each product. Getting old is new to us and as difficult as it may be a detailed explanation would be very useful. I think this will be our only time to experience old age. We are only in our 70s once.:)

Happy with product, disappointed with shipping costs.
