This was my first order. The price was good. The delivery to Assisted Living Facility went well. Will set up auto delivery with next order.

My only recommendation is that FedEx not be the default carrier. For small packages P.O. is a better carrier, because the package would be put in the customer mailbox; and it would not be necessary for customer to be home to have a secure delivery.

Very good products, a little change in the absorbency of the pull ups, One mistake in one order. Very satisfied with the product.

Just what I looking for.

I have always had great experiences with Northshore Care Supply products and services. Recently I realized on a Saturday that I will need more of one product than I had ordered , so I decided to use their chat session because I was watching over my patient as she slept so I didn't want to make a call but I needed to put the order so it would get here quickly. I thought that by writing everything out that the sales person on the other end would get it right. I ended up with the right product but the wrong packing size. ugh!!! what a disappointment, I couldn't believe it. Well, I won't be using the chat session feature again. Next time I'll order online as I always have and make sure I get all the product I need the first time. Next review will be on how Northshore handles the return,replacement of the wrong item.

I have bladder cancer that just keeps coming back/ going in for surgery # 6. Ineed something that will let me sleep all night. These give me about 4 or 5 hours at best. Better than what the stores offer. Still looking for better.

I mistakenly ordered from another site and I was so disappointed with them. I will be more careful about your site.

The briefs I purchased are an outstanding product. They are comfortable and very long lasting. The only thing I didn't like about the order is that it took a long time for delivery between placement and receiving the item.
