Customer service & shipping was excellent. The product does not fit like the samples I received. (Someone else commented about this problem.) Not an accurate advertisement. Samples and actual product should be the same. Whoever designs needs to be notified. The drawings and/or design are not correct. All departments should be using the same guidelines when making the products.

Everything arrived in good order. The only thing I have to do if I decide to order from you is that the XL is too big on me. I would have to try the medium or large

While looking for incontinent supplies I found this site. Checked off items I'd like to try and was sent free samples within days. You just don't get that kind of customer service experience anymore. Trying out the samples to deduce what we need and will definitely order from here.

Great customer service, but I suspect they may be selling my information to advertisers. Started receiving phone calls from people trying to sell me knee braces and medical equipment.

I only bought one product - Adult Clothing Protectors - I thought the price was high and shipping was not included, however the quality really was very good, they arrived quickly and there was a discount for quantity. All in all I consider it a good investment.
