The transaction process was great its the product. The quality of crinklz original is wonderful except the tapes they were much worse trying to get them to stick and stay than the same tabs that are on northshore supreme. They was no lotion powder cream soap or otherwise that would be an issue i have had to duct tape almost all of them on me. I am not happy with your tabs at all and don’t see how people don’t switch and go to something else.

I was given the NorthShore Flex Supreme to try for my Mom as an alternative to the Abena Abri Flex that went up in price. Absolutely no comparison. A sample of the NorthShore GoSupreme was also included. That was much more comparable to the Abena, but it is the same price per pair so no point in changing what we already know is a well made and reliable product.

Your website is so slooooooooooooow! It fails to respond to clicks at certain points, and always makes me frustrated because I have to call and place an order with your agent (they are nice enough, but I'm annoyed by the time I call them becauseI can't order online.

Price is very high compared to comparable product from Walmart. You charge 66.99 for item #1313. Works out to $1.67 per pull-on. Similar product at Walmart available for price of 0.56 per pull-on. That's a price difference of $1.11 per item more that I'm paying Northshore. I'm going to cancel this item off my monthly order.

To be honest...this was the first time I’ve tried your diapers and the tapes did not stick well at all. Once I reinforced it with duct tape, I very much enjoyed the fit and absorbancy. But I felt the quality of the tapes was very lacking. I’m not sure I would order these again

When I called, my mother had a days supply left. I was assured that it would be delivered the following day in the afternoon. Without this assurance I would have driven 2 towns down to pick it up myself. The supplies were not delivered on Saturday and Monday was Presidents.

After a week without any update, my order was placed on hold with no explanation. I called Customer Service, and was told the billing address didn't match the payment card used. I (perhaps naively) thought that the payment didn't go through, and called my card company, who confirmed the billing address was correct, and that the transaction was processed. When I called back, I was told that the issue wasn't whether or not the payment was authorized, but whether or not I was committing fraud. After ten minutes where I was told nothing but "explain why this address is different" even though it was letter for letter the same that the card company had on file, I was told that their supervisor was "being kind" and releasing my order. How blessed am I that they deigned to take my money. This review would have been one star, but at least they can fulfill an order once it gets through their unfriendly, unhelpful, and unnecessary sales team.
