Good customer service. My order was delivered on time. Good customer review of products, making choosing which to purchase a bit less confusing. if the customer service reps are able to provide more detail about items, the rating would garner a 5 star. Further, north shore supply does not accept insurance, which makes frequent purchasing a financial challenge.

The products are of high quality and they arrive in a timely manner. On the occasions when I have needed to speak to customer service staff, they have been very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the reason I needed to talk to someone was because of problems ordering through the website. Once, I was not able to complete the purchase due to a glitch. Another time, the site was extremely sluggish. I am an experienced online shopper with up-to-date electronics so I know the problems were not at my end.
