Glad Northshore still carried the Abena Abri -form diaper, must other sites are out of stock. Price was fair with a coupon for free shipping. I wish they offered free shipping all the time, like their competition does.

It took 27 days from the date I orderd my items to arrive. I got what I order but seemed slow getting here .

I was thrilled with the first couple of orders of the champion washable underpads. However, the quality has changed. They are lighter and thinner. They are no better than the competitor that I first ordered from and more expensive. I ordered two different sizes and both had changed. Will not order any more.

I assume the shipping took too long due to the poor weather conditions. However, I might find a company in CA because of this issue.

I am tired of this game everyone (meaning companies and retailer) who want to set a password account. I never desire or want a password to do purchasing. If you want me to reorder eliminate the Passover fiasco

Normally shipments come quickly, but FED EX still shows that delivery date as NA

I have always love how quickly you ship but most recently I received a wrong item. The situation was fixed the moment I called although there were some issues with the pick up of the wrong item. Someone didn't pay attention to the address and Fedex/UPS received wrong address. This resulted in a package that sat on my porch for a week through a snowstorm. I appreciate the quickness of the reshipment with no charge to me but it was your mistake and i received neither an apology nor a coupon for my troubles. You are lucky I didn't need my product urgently otherwise this would be my last purchase with you.
