I ordered boxes so to avoid extra Shi costs but only received 1. Not real pleased.

They were delivered propmptly. The Prevail pull-ups fit well.

This is the second time in three recent orders that were screwed up. The first involved the wrong zip code. My order rode around in a Fed Ex truck for 2-3 days. The second involved the wrong product being sent out after confirming 2-3 times what i was ordering. I guess the rep sent out what she thought i needed. The guy who straightened the wrong order was great! He had the right stuff at my door 2 days later.

I have no complaints about the service or the product. What I am disappointed with is the multiple emails and messages coming in, and together with the packaging, they are not discreet.

i ordered 34x34 champion haloshield. the pads that arrived were 32 1/2x34 1/2 when i asked why the error in measurement,I was told by a supervisor that they are just distributors and not the manufacturer!No assurance that they will inquire about the difference ,Northshore advertices the wrong sizes.I need to buy somewhere else next time I need supplies for spouse that has incontinence.

one of the big advertising you wdo is 4that it stays discrete bu6t4 now1 4this makes me think that the list ofe cu6stomers will be used and is saved so the discrete part is gone,

Northshore carries a lot of products that I need. I shop there ONLY when necessary because of the shipping charges. The places where I usually shop have free shipping. I shop here when I am desperate only.
