Great customer service. Helpful, but diapers still need more absorbency and coverage; leg openings way too high, like a bikini leg panty. Wipes are nice and large, quite wet, near the bottom of package need to wring them out before using. If running out before the next order, you can't beat soap on a washcloth.

Prior items purchased I returned. I believe the cost of the items was approximately $38/39. It cost me $28 to return them. You, unlike other online companies, don't have a free or small amount for returns. Because of that I probably won't purchase again.

I ordered my product sight unseen and they came in a reasonable length of time. They were what I was looking for. My only problem is the shipping was more than the products...which is why I didn't give 5 stars. But the product was great and fit right into my life.
