I have mixed emotions over this product. I would prefer a pull up rather than a tab fastener. I struggled to get a good fit. If I got it tight at the waist the rest of the diaper was too loose. It did however, hold urine well. I felt the diaper was warmer and less breathable than my day diapers are. If you have someone to help you put the disposable diaper on rather than struggle trying to find a fit, you might like it more than I did. I only bought one package to test try. I suggest that the manufacturer take the 2X pull up diaper that they currently have and up-size t to a 3X.

These do not hold the urine as well as the others. Otherwise, my experience with Northshore is excellent. The time to fill orders is very good. I know the order will be here in at least three days from the time I place it.

It took 10 days to get my order

I was very pleased with the product choices available. It was the first time I was ordering incontinence products and it was a great help to compare the various product choices. I also like being able to order a case and the packaging was very discrete. My overall rating was lower than a 5 star because my coupon code was not accepted.

Overall quality was acceptable, but size was not. The pad measured 1 and 1/2 inches narrower than advertised. When I called to complain, I was told stated size was an estimate. Not good enough.

While the service was very understanding and helpful, I am sorry to say your products were disappointing. They were hard to handle, tabs were difficult to secure and in general I was disappointed with the fit.

Timely shipping per timetable set up earlier. Called to remind them of free shipping offer that should have been applied towards latest shipment. Was assured by agent that a credit would be applied back towards latest shipment. As of today, 7/3/14, the credit has not been applied.
