I ordered diapers and they were much too big. I couldn't tell that until I took one out of the package and opened it. I didn't use it, just put it back in the package and taped it up. Can't return open packages. Gee thanks. I found a different company that actually has free shipping

I have been ordering diapers etc from your company for about a year. My son is severely impaired and wears diapers. I have been looking for diapers that would not leek and were thick and comfortable. I found them with your company. I also order pads to help for overnight so he could sleep as long as he wants without worrying of him wetting through. I love your products they are top quality.

Entire case of 4 bags of Northshore Flex Supreme Underwear was the wrong size. I changed size from medium to large. In addition I opened one bag, expecting to try the new size, and more than one diaper is defective. The moisture barrier is not properly stitched in and that applies to every diaper I took out of the package. There are excess strips of fabric flying all over the place. Now I have to return the entire case which involves packing it all up and lugging it to UPS which is not just a notion. I have a sore back, a very sore knee, and I am managing the side effects of Doxycycline and Percocet prescribed for a raging case of poison ivy on both ankles.

You need make better products for people with disabilities in their size I almost always 100% Guarantee nobody with a disability can fit in to an extra large you need to reajust your size to accoumcated the person & people you're selling them to. None of the simples you sent me worked.

These guys are the worst... if you make the mistake of going to their web site - they will tag your browser - so that you now see the products you viewed all over the internet.... Imagine trying to keep a personal health condition private - and if you visit their site - you suddenly get advertisements for adult products on every commercial web site you view... DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY>

So disappointed. First the packaging box was damaged. Second- the product was not what I was expecting. They are not what the picture looked like and they are very uncomfortable. These are something I could not wear at all. I had no return info, so instead I have donated them to a local nursing home. But it would be nice if you credited my account. Thank you.

these are terrible, 3 of the briefs fellapart before getting them on, the sides are attached separately and fall off, no way are they over nite coverage, wet bed as well as recliner with these
