As of today I always had a good experience until my last order --- I requested a box of the tranquility premium overnight -- a few days later the box arrived via FedEx and to my surprise when I opened the box inside it there was a box of the premium overnight and a box of the ATN which this time I did not order ... is the first time something like this happen but now I have a huge supply of the ATN which I was not needing this time.... besides that incident I have always received positive service from northshore Thank you for your interest Rhina Garcia 1518 SE 2nd St Fort Lauderdale Fl

On NorthShore's end, the product quality is excellent. My issue is with FedEx and their poor delivery procedures. On Saturday, I received a notice that FexEx could not attempt delivery. (I have had issues with FexEx in the past where they said that no one was home to accept delivery and I was outside waiting sitting on the porch when they said that no one was home! )I responded to the email and complained. You all must have contacted them because the package was delivered shortly afterwards. I knew someone who worked for FedEx years ago and I know that they give the delivery people leeway whether they want to deliver that day or not. When I place another order, is it possible to have it sent using a different company? Otherwise, I can tell that you are a company that cares and values your customers. Thank you for your time.
