I have ordered with this company before, but on my last order the representative advised that I bump up a size because my son was in between sizes. When he used them they leaked because they were too big. I called back the company regarding exchanging the pull ups and although they did exchange all unopened bags, I had to pay over $25 out of pocket to ship them back. I did not feel this was entirely fair since I bought the larger size based on the recomendation of their company representative.

The diapers are a little thin and the tapes keep ripping. It's not strong where it needs to be.

Overall, I like the website. I love the products. Seems like a great company. I recently placed my first online order. The only gripe I have, and it's a big one, is that I was not able to complete my online transaction until I completely disabled my Kaspersky antivirus program. I hated doing that for obvious reasons. I don't know of any other reputable website that my antivirus firewall won't allow me to complete an online transaction. The other issue is that I placed the order after 5pm and nobody is available at that time so I couldn't call to place the order. Again, really like the products and company, just wish it was easier to order online.

Unfortunately I need Incontinance products. Being on a limited income, every month I'm struggling to stay dry. There are very few places to buy what works for me and I have zero help financially for something necessary to my quality of life. Frustrating.

These briefs unfortunately are not enough protection for my husband, as he is going though treatment for bladder cancer. We were hoping they would work, as he said they were a lot more comfortable than depends. They may be useable after his BSG treatments are over, and his bladder is not so irritated.

An order was placed last week by phone. I did not receive it and found out it had never been placed. I was not happy about this as I needed the items for my husband who was coming home from rehab. I did reorder the items and received them on Thursday Nov. 6.

The products are fine but FedEx home delivery is the worst service ever.

The product we ordered stated it was for youth and for children with waists 18-33". Our child has a 24" waist, so the waist fit great. She can not close her legs if she wears these. They are so bulky she can only wear large, loose dresses. We will be looking for a better product for her and have stopped using these. We are using nighttime pull-ups, which are more discreet so she is not embarrassed at school.
