This site allows me to have products sent to my doorstep

I have no problem with the items that I ordered, however I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and I have to return it. This will probably be expensive for me, but I can't use the item I received. A lot of the companies now put a place on their website where you can print out a postage free label, this would have been very helpful to me.

Itams are of good quality and are shipped in an reasonable amount of time.

Free samples are great.

First order processed correctly; all items received plus some extra free ones. Order received one day late, mainly due to Christmas timeframe for shipping. Next order should be five stars.

I chose to order Tranquility Super-Absorbent Liners for this company because they were made in the U.S., came with an adhesive strip and were individually wrapped. At least, according to the product description on their website. However, upon receipt, they were not individually wrapped. I wrote to customer service, they responded within 15 minutes, apologize, and offered to refund the entire purchase price of $18. They are also going to be updating the product description, because this product is NOT individually wrapped. I'm waiting to see the credit on my charge card, but overall it was a pleasant experience dealing with customer service, they asked no questions, did not defend themselves and responded quickly.
