Excellent, easy to use website and quick shipping.

Thank you for your excellent service.

There was no waiting time getting to a salesperson, which now a days is a plus, she looked up my previous order, charged to my account on file and ended the call. Two days later my ordered was delivered. It doesn't get much better than that.

Excellent product and delivered very quickly. Thank You.

excellent selection of large-size incontinence products; prompt shipments.

A package arrived at my door, I was confused. Opened it to find my order from NorthShore - WOW!!! I had only ordered the day before and thought it would be at least 4 to 5 days, I was totally amazed how fast it got to me. It was also very well packaged, very competitive pricing and the quality was better than I expected. NorthShore will be my one and only place to purchase my dogs piddle pads from.
