Had been ordering from Dignity Medical Supplies and thought I was getting the same thing I had been ordering. These diapers are much thinner and don't do the job. My son-in-law had 2 strokes 2 years ago and my daughter takes care of him. He needs diapers 24/7 and these make it much harder on her as she has to change them more often. This does NOT make them economical. Will not be ordering from you again.

I had asked to have a standing order going out on the first of every month (or as close as possible, if the first of a month is not a business day). The first order was shipped on June 23...pretty far in advance of the expected July 1 ship date. I hope that the next shipment will be at the expected time.

Sizing chart was misleading . According to chart and my measurements it should of been good fit.. I found them tight but next time I will go up one or two sizes and ignore the size chart.

the pants are of good quality, the problem is the outside of bag statesboys 4t-5t but the pants inside are girls and much smaller.. I was sent another bag but the same problem.. i will donate to local day care

Ordering was a bit confusing as to the size and how much they varied. Had to look very carefully to every detail . I am about to return them. They are just too large and hard to judge the fit. Also they will not refasten

The size was perfect, but the color did transfer to whoever was sitting on it, even after it was washed. It works O.K. with my colors-- but most Merlot I've seen is darker like the wine its named after.

Need a deal for regular customers.

My honest opinion is the customer service was wonderful, shipping was in timely manner. My complaint was that I could not have insurance and Medicaid cover it. My son will permanently need the ATN tranquility brand diapers and the extra strength absorbent day tranquility diapers. He is 3 1/2 now
