I ordered 2 pr. adult "plastic" pants. The least postage for them was $8.95. That is terrible. They could have been shipped parcel post or packet for much less.

Love the ease of reorder and price/ quality of product. FedEx would not leave case of diapers at mom's door in senior center because she wasn't home. Very, very upset. Had to go to food store to get her diapers. FedEx walked right past center office and never thought to leave pkg with mgr. Thinking of using different supplier that uses UPS. Told FEDEX what I thought of their service.

I ordered item which was not as described. I wanted to return it and discovered that I had to pay return postage for very heavy item after paying delivery fees. I guess I will have to select a different vendor.

I like your product but I wish there were 3 tabs instead of 2.I wet twice in the night and did not leak. I ordered my size but they were too small which made it difficult to secure my diaper for bed time. I miss depends overnights which they apparently stopped making. They were so easy to adjust and readjust. I might try the next larger size next order. I did not try the free sample yet. Thank you for that.Ronald

These pads could have been thicker.

Would like it a lot better if it adhered to the diaper, by some sort of thin strip adhesive! Slides all over diaper the way it is!

Placed a order and got no info bout the order I placed

The products are great, and the shipping was fast. However, unlike past shipments, this one was in a flimsy box coming apart at the seams and taped areas. One package had opened and spilled products inside the box.
