I love that every order comes with some freebies thrown in. The new BetterDry diapers are my new favorite, thanks for carrying them! My only minor complaint is the shipping charge, other suppliers I use have free delivery, at least for case quantity, and I would prefer to just see an increased price if necessary and have the price be the price, rather than having to wait; calculate to true cost with shipping for NorthShore Care items vs. those from other suppliers, before deciding whether to order or not.
