I resent being on other sites and having your suggestions pop up!! Seeing such supplies elsewhere is tacky!! Quit it!!

I want to start by saying that I ordered a product that I knew would be non refundable. I ordered a water proof bed pad with tuck in sides. When i received it, only one side tucked in and the material was a towel at best. I was very disappointed that I had wasted $40.00. I did feel it best to contact the company and let them know how I felt. I spoke with a supervisor and explained that I knew the product was non refundable but I was very disappointed in the quality of the product. After a few minutes on the phone the supervisor offered me a full refund for the product since I was not satisfied. I felt that he did show care and concern for me as a customer. I would say that this company did care that I was not happy and went ahead and refunded my money even though I did not expect that, and for that I give them a thumbs up. The 3 star rating is due to the product being sub par.

I recently ordered two box spring covers and pillow cover. The pillow cover (not mentioned in product description) is a terry cloth fabric - not what I had presumed would be an easy to clean cover for the pillow. There is no information in the shipping container about returning products which unlike other manufacturers who include a shipping label for the return of products. Secondly, the box spring covers were not as good of quality of the others I ordered on another online company. There is no added zipper seam cover which would add further protection against bed bugs. The matress covers are adequate but not top quality which is what I would have expected with NorthShore.

While the product is outstanding, the availability of supplies is lacking. I have found over a more than six month period if I do not allow for back orders and long shipping times, I will run out.

This diaper has good absorbency and sticky tapes. The only issue I have with the diaper is that it has a shorter fit. This diaper should be about another 2" longer which would make it fit better.

Item was shipped and received quickly, which is great. Unfortunately it was not exactly what I ordered. It was a smaller size than requested, which is disappointing because now I won't be able to actually try the product.

Thank you for your prompt service. I did however want to mention that I purchase the Tranquility Slim Line Brief for my special needs daughter, she is 9. Your company sent me samples of your brand of briefs and to tell you the truth I prefer them better due to the leak guard is closer to the edge of the diaper instead of the middle like Tranquility has them. The ONLY reason I wont buy them is due to they are priced higher and they bring 20 diapers less. If you want to compete you have to offer what the others have. Just my opinion. Thank you
