The service was great fast shipping all though shipping is high. As far as the product I did not like the pads they still leaked. So I called a customer service sent some samples that were way too long they were no help for me. So the first order I bought I can not use because they leak so I have a pkg that I can't use. I need a pad that is about 5 inches wide and 18 inches long very heavy duty.

I was unsure of what kind of pad I needed and I made an order of one type to try it out and when my order came I got what I ordered with a couple samples of different pads they offered. I liked the samples better than what I chose for my self.

Excellent customer service. Goes above and beyond to help find best product for patient needs. They also noticed I had chosen a higher cost delivery option, telephoned me, pointed out that for $5 less, I could have a guaranteed delivery date of a day later via FedEx instead of the higher costing Estimated delivery date that USPS had given. Definitely looks out for the customer..

Absolutely the best mattress pads I have ever used. No bleed through of urine, washes well, holds a large amount of urine. Just hope that they stand up to repeated washings.
