I don't have an issue with NorthShore Care Supply's products, but I do have an issue with the security of the site itself. My debit/credit card number was stolen from the site and I was left w/$100 in my account. Over $1,400 from my checking account was used to pay for a vacation in Turkey by a complete stranger using my info from this site. I received a letter in the mail months later from NorthShore advising that their site was hacked. This site is used mostly by the elderly or caregivers purchasing for the elderly. They need to protect the consumer better than they have been. If you purchase from NorthShore Care Supply DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD, use a credit card & pay through a safe means (i.e., Paypal). Although I eventually did get my money from the bank it took time and it caused me undue stress.

I find the briefs are not always consistent in fit; some are tight, where others my be too loose. I do like the absorbency, along with the timely delivery.

Most places will not charge shipping on cases of diapers. Wish Northshore would do the same thing.

I've been using this company for at least 2 years for my mother's incontinence supplies. I order a 6 month supply at a time and so I've never been able to take advantage of any coupon but LOCAL. I finally had the opportunity to use a coupon this time because I got a small supply and joyfully put in the coupon code. What do I receive? An email telling me I've used the coupon before but the order will go through anyway. Of course, I immediately checked my account history, saw that no coupon but LOCAL was used in 2 years and replied to the email. Do I get an apology for the misunderstanding? NO. I get a very condescending email telling me I DID use it and my order history erased! I actually needed to refer back to that information to judge the budget for incontinence supplies. However, when I contacted NorthShore, I noticed that the author of the condescending email was also handling this issue so I decided to drop it and find another company. If you never need to use a coupon, this company is great. They process orders fast and deliver fast. If you ever want to save $10 on a $200 order though, OH BOY! You will be chastised like an 8 year old that asked for a 2nd dessert instead of eating the vegetables.

I have been a customer of NorthShore for 12 years, and after my credit card was compromised several times I concluded that Northshore was not a secure site. This was confirmed when I used a single card solely for Northshore purchases and it was compromised. I complained to Nothshore twice with no reply. I have switched to Pay Pal now without any problem, yet. Perhaps it is silly to continue using Northshore, but they have some products not available elsewhere. So buyer beware.

Prefer the TopLiner Super Booster Pads. These are larger but thinner.

I ordered the size small tabbed diapers according to the size chart description. My mother is petite, 5'0" and 115 lbs. Thank goodness I only ordered one package (20 count). Unfortunately, the small is extremely small and does not fit. Please note that the small is almost for a child, not an elderly senior. It would NOT be cost effective for me to pay for shipping to return. I'm out $30 and without diapers. I will not be ordering again.
