Very quickly delivered but the North Shore diaper isn't as obsorbant as I thought it should be. Good comfortable diaper but I thought it should be more obsorbant

Placed the order late in the evening when caretakers informed they needed it immediately (poor planning on their part!). I figured by placing it at night it would be processed first thing in the morning but that was not the case. Kept checking online the next day hoping it was processed early morning but it was mid-afternoon before I received the notification that it was being processed and then still had to wait for tracking info. Was not about to pay almost a hundred dollars for expedited shipping!!!

You guys sent me the wrong abena abri form m4s I wanted the classic one samples but nothing was done to fix the problem

Encountered some difficulty when checking out. Prefer to check out as a guest rather than open an account.

I don't want to set up an account in order to shop online. I just want to make an order and check out. I finally had to use the 800 number to complete my order.

Pads are expensive compared to other sites.it ended up costing double what I would pay at a big box store ! Because of shipping and handling!

This is my second order after my first in July. I am very pleased with my July order as they are what I expected to be in quality which is exceptional. However, when I re-ordered the second time this month, I was surprised to get a different looking product. My first order were underpass in white color with blue printing of the product manufacturer's name "GRIFFIN CARE". The second order that came consisted of underpass in light green color with no printing on the face. I am not sure what happened but I used the same order details for the second order repeating the first order details. I called Northshore to inquire about this difference and spoke to a Belinda. She can almost assure me that that branding may have changed but the quality remains the same. She will address my issue and she will call me back to confirm. I am giving it a 3 star since there appears to be a misinterpretation related to the picture of the product when I ordered.

I fail to understand why FedEx delivered into our garage, instead of to the front door. it would be nice if I had known the product had arrived before I went to my car to leave the house.
