Trying to reorder same as before but cannot get web page to recognize the previous item!!! Use product #, description, etc but nothing worked! Pretty inconvenient for reordering. I was pleased with one reusable bed pad ordered but the other one is so soft and flimsy that it wrinkles up under my husband. I liked the one WP 1332 for $17.95 but website could not help me!

The last 2 boxes of underpads have been stuck tpgether and when ypu open them it makes holes in the plastic. That leads to a big wet mess. I'm not sure if they got a new manufacturer or something, but if my next box is the same, I will look for another company to try.

Placed an order recently for an item on receipt realized it was incorrect. Cost to return was high would have been nice had company shared in this expense. That is all.

Variety of products available, however, the sizing on the diapers I ordered were way off. Both sets were much too large for my 5 year old who weighs 48 lbs and has a 24" waist. I am unable to use them and can't return because I had to open them to check sizing. Shipping is also very pricey. I did not find a product I could use on the site. I wish there was an option to order samples of diaper products.

I had a great experience with all items ordered. As a first time user, it would be helpful to better understand what each product does and related products to help me select what works best. Still trying to get belted diapers for my 90 year old father who desperately needs diapers he can easily undo on one side to urinate and then re-close. He has a cerebral injury which makes his motor skills awkward, so he cannot snap or hook buttons and is in a wheel chair. I've ordered quite a bit of merchandise recently and a promotional code for these items would also be helpful.

once you purchase from these people you will get targeted ads on Facebook, and other sites. So, if you don't care to be hit with diaper ads... Or maybe you don't like the idea of folks who you look at the computer with from time to time seeing your targeted diaper ads, I'd purchase elsewhere. I will not be giving them any more of my money.

The pads are good but some are coming apart when they get wet and the polymer gel gets all over

My issue isn't with the company it's with the briefs I got for my husband.. Good firm fit around the waist however my husband has thicker thighs then normal and even so the briefs were loose around the groin area and caused him to pee down his leg:/
