The care I received on the telephone was so very appreciated. Notice I used the word "care." I was more than someone needing to place on order. The person I talked to was so very helpful and made certain I received not just what I initially wanted to order but also pointed out a savings I may have wanted by increasing the quantity (which I would need anyway). Very CARING.
