Excellent products
Website kept crashing. I called in for help and Sandra was great. She saved what was a bad experience. The product is excellent. The shipping cost would be the only reason I look for an alternative.

Customer service great
I have absolutely no concern with customer service. The people I communicated with at NorthShore were excellent. The products I received as samples were too big for my taste. I would feel totally out of place wearing one of these and I believe everyone would know. I will probably go back to the Depends and hope they hold everything in.

This source has always shipped…but not this time
This source has always shipped everything in a timely manner; however, with the free sample I just recently ordered; it still has not come yet. Apparently, if I go to the tracking email, it still says that "It is on it's way". It departed Indianapolis's Fed Ex location on the 17th and it was never updated after that.

this seems like a great place. I only gave it 3 stars Because the training pants I ordered did not fit My son at all. My son is at this crossroads where the store training pants don’t cover is rear well and they don’t him dry well at all. I ordered what I thought was the smallest in waist size for youth. I wish this company went by weight instead of waist size. I spent 30 for nothing. The sample wipes are good.

Not Pleased W/Absorbtion Of Northshore Supreme Lite
I Purchased (4) pks. Of Northshore Supreme "Lite" Diapers And Learned They Were Very Thin & Flimsy. I Recommend Buying The Northshore Supreme For Over Night. They Cost A Little More But Worth It For Added Absorption.

Thank you for the samples. They were to big. The order process was easy as it was advertised on Facebook. I received no special customer service other than the order was filled.
