Unacceptable. Wanted to exchange size & because we went thru Amazon, it was extremely difficult. Took the box with your return label to the P.O. only to find out it was going to cost me $35.00. Finally settled on a return fee of $17.50 after multiple phone calls. Will never do this again! Unfortunately loved the product- no difficulties with first order.

Box was damaged and when I received the package it was open.

I ordered briefs for my mother, but you sent her diapers. That's something she is not willing to wear. We will not order from you again. Please do not contact me again.
