I originally requested samples of two sizes but i was sent three to try in various styles...i expected two briefs, i got a dozen! I had tried a store brand diaper before and it held nothing, was too too small and hurt my hernia. To tell the truth, i wasn't expecting much more when i called to get a sample of Northshore to try in a larger size. I tried the bariatric size first and to my surprise it was way too big! I then tried the 2xl and i thought i was in heaven..... You know that feeling when you try on a bra or a dress and it feels sooooo good and right you know you've found the one for you? That's what it was like. I ordered a case of them, along with some bed pads and odor spray. When it arrive there were also several samples of other products in there to try. I am very pleased with this company and its products. Admitting i needed diapers was humiliating and talking to their phone rep put me at ease. I am now more confident when i go out in public, and am not having to constantly clean up leaks on my floors, furniture and mattress. Thank you Northshore!

NorthShore is great. The 'new, improved' design Poise Pads (#6) don't work. They are junk. Tena intimates #7 work.

I recently placed an order at Northshore care. the items were shipped out very quickly and I was informed of the shipping details along the way. Everyone at this company genuinely cares about the customer and this is evident not just from my order but my satisfaction after my order was received.
