I ordered 4 under pads be 24"x36". I ordered these to fit the width of the chairs in the TV room. But the pads arrived at random sizes at approx. 29". When I called the person that I talked to was very nice and offered to exchange them for the correct size, but the only problem is the was all the wrong size. At that, I was offered a refund upon return or a discount if I wanted to keep them. I needed the pads right away so kept them and took them to a shop had them cut down and seamed the edges. From now on I am going to have them check there stock sizes before I place an order.

I am happy with how quickly my orders arrive, but my experience with customer service on the phone was very rude. I called when I received an item that was the wrong size, and the person I talked to was rude and indifferent.

This is one of the best diapers I've tried and I've tried almost all of them. But the tapes seriously need to be Improved Or you can use a little buck tape but beside the tapes it is a fantastic diaper and I would Recommend them to anyone in need

When I tried the large, I was surprised they fit me, so I ordered some XL size, and it seems like they fit me almost identically to the large size. I was hoping they would fit better. Still a quality product, but a bit of a let down with the sizing.

I object to the excessive delivery charges- as there was no urgency on my part would appreciate a more reasonable and much less costly means of delivery- the high delivery costs would prevent me from re-ordering. I admit that I realized beforehand of the costs---- Ruth Craig
