Pbooster pads too small. Need to provide more guidance on sizing

THE NORTH SHORE BRIEFS I ORDERED WERE TO BULKY. I WANTED SOMETHING LIGHTER WITH PLASTIC OUTER LINING. LIKE DEPENDS 6 TAB BRIEFS WITH PLASTIC OUTER LINING.

The service was grest, the price was right but the product was a big disappointment

Ordered late but still was somewhat quick. Some sites offer free shipping which helps but this company gave a free sample of there product

They have good products but I think their shipping can be improved. First, it appears that their shipping charges are based on the value of an order and not the weight. This can lead to a relatively large increase in shipping charges when you include a small low weight item that has a high price. When I place my order on line it usually takes a least a day before I get a confirmation. My most recent order was placed on a Thursday night and wasn't shipped until the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Great quality of products, no complaints there. However I accidently ordered one item I didn't need and now I have to pay for the return shipping of it. I will most likely not order from NorthShore Care again only because so many other sites offer free shipping AND free returns.

I love the diapers very absorbent and I had no leaking issues as I have had in the past however the sizing of them is off I am a 32 waist there for i bought the medium witch dug into my leg causes a sever laceration and me unable to wear them
