Adequate for the most part.
Arrived in a timely manner. Received an e-mail from NorthShore requesting feedback. Using water, I tested one before I put the pads on my parents bed. They absorb, and water did not seep through to the other side. On the down side, the pad tends to come up around you some as you turn in bed. That was annoying, and warm. My mattress is high, and when I slid out of bed, the pad slid with me. The fabric isn't a cottony feel like I had hoped. It feels synthetic. There is no tag on the pad(s) indicating fabric content. Last week, I e-mailed NorthShore asking what the surface fabric is, and the percentage of cotton. I have not yet received a reply. Company's level of customer service was as I expected. I would rate my overall buying experience a 3/5.
