I placed an order on 12/7/2013. According to Fed Ex they left at my front door. Since I'm an invalid there are instructions on my door which ask them to come up on my deck and leave the package there. I live in a three family home on the second floor and usually I hve no problem getting my deliveries in this manner. Also they could have left a slip indicating that they returned it to fed ex and to have somebody pick it up. Now unless I get a replacement order or a refund I'm probably out $63.00. Being I'm on a fixed income this is unacceptable. I'm don't blame North Shore but I hope they can resolve this for me.

I had called to change our mailing address, even though our billing address had not yet changed...it got shipped to the wrong place! First disappointment I've had with you in nearly 3 years of monthly orders.

This company has good products and fine service,but it is embarrassing to have adds for adult diapers pop up when you are doing something else on your computer. I told this to the customer service rep when I placed a phone order and was told I could stop those adds by pushing a logo in the corner. I did that and received further two pages of instructions from Google. I found them difficult to follow and we are still being harassed by the adds.

I am returning my order today as it was expected last Friday, October 18th as it was ordered and shipped on Wednesday, October 16th and delivered on October 23rd. According to the data/map provided on the website, the item would be delivered in 2 business days. I based my buying decision on this data and needed the item for the following week. Unfortunately, I did not receive the item before the promised date resulting in the item being returned. I will not be using this company in the future.

I was a little un-nerved by the amount of Poise that I received. Total cost was over $100 for four bags. At the store (any store around here) I can get them for about $11-$12.00 a bag. Can't see your shipment as being discounted! Sorry. But service of company was very helpful.

I received two bed covers that were torn in several areas

The diapers that I ordered for my four-year-old grandson fit him in the waist, but were too bulky and long to fit under his clothing . My daughter-in-law wasn't able to use them.
