Bags were too small to be of much use, but they arrived quickly.

The ordering and delivery experience was good. However, the stitching on the waistband unraveled after the first wash. That was disappointing.

I must have received a damaged bag because there were slices along the leg hole of the briefs... and it looks like it has happened to everyone in this bag!

products are good quality, just shipping is the issue

The service people are absolutely great - they are knowledgeable and ship very promptly. The product, however, is not great. It leaks and certainly is not suitable for overnight use.

The package was delivered to my unprotected front door in the pouring rain. Since I don't use this door, I'm not sure how long it sat there. The box was totally saturated and fell apart when I attempted to move it into the house. The plastic wrapping around the products did a fair job of protecting the contents. A large portion of the products were ruined. The fact that the box could have been left under the attached carport, which would have protected it from the weather, makes this totally unacceptable.

It is often hard to go from a product to check out without starting over. Poor web design.

When my order arrived at my house the tape on the top of the box( only one strip) had come loose during shipping so that the shipper and all who passed by could see what the box contained. This is not discreet shipping, Now many people and neighbors know of my incontinence problems.
