This was my first time purchasing this type of product. I did not order what I thought I would get. Then after I got the package and opened it I discovered that the return policy does not allow opened packages. I will either find a place to donate it or throw it away. I cannot use it. Next time I will just go to the store.

I have purchased supplies from Northshore Supply on two occasions. On both occasions within 24 hours several banner advertisement for incontinence supplies appeared on Google and other sites when I made completely unrelated searches. On one occasion it appeared in the middle of an otherwise blank screen in place of the Google Search home page which is (was) my home page for my web browser. This is a potentially a very embarrassing situation since I occasionally use my computer to share information with colleagues while working with them on development projects. The first time it happened I thought that I had unsubscribed to the adware site and eliminated the problem but as soon as I made a follow up order a few days ago it reappeared. Naturally I have had to start looking for an alternative supplier. .

I ordered two different types of pads thinking they would be similar to the ones I have been using. The pads were not what I thought they would be. I can't return them because I opened the packages to see the pads. My first impression of these pads were they resembled a saddle. Having a bladder problem is embarrassing enough but to think when I asked for absorbent I would be horrified by what your company sent me. People in customer service gave me a "well the size is listed" and that should have given me a good idea of what I was ordering. NO it didn't. To try and help me I was sent some samples of other absorbency pads to see if exchanges could be done. They were paper thin and NO they won't work. If I can exchange my order I should be able to return my order!!!!! I AM NOT SATISFIED.

I placed an order on 1/12/2014 for a case of chux and a case do Depends. I received the chux order in a few days but the Depends were on backorder and the ship date was to be January 21, 2014. As of January 22, 2014, I have not received the remainder of my order and I can not afford to buy spare packages for my mother. This has been a real inconvenience. I ordered way in advance so that I would not run out of supplies. I am not happy about this.
