No complaint about your company. The diapers ordered came in good contition and much faster than expected. However,I had great expectations from the Tranquility Diapers purchased, but also great disappointment. Tried them for two nights and both times the bed was soaked in the morning. I do better than that with regular Depends and a guard. Will not buy them again.

We have four of our nap mats that were ripped before we even got them out of the plastic! When i called customer service the lady acted like oh no big deal just send them back! Well this is a huge deal especially after order 80 of them i would assume with someone spending that kind of money customer service would show a little compassion! Not even oh im sorry to hear that! was a little disappointing! As a large daycare it is mandatory that our children have nap mats to rest on now it is going to take several weeks before because we have to send the ripped ones back and pay for shipping and then they will take a look at the ripped ones and then decide if they are going to replace them??? So frustrating and completely A WASTE OF MONEY!! Not good customer service these should be replaced no questions asked when spending this amount of money!!!!!!

I was not completely happy with the product I received and instead of helping me or offering suggestions, they quickly turned my issue over to a "warranty problem", giving me a 1-800 # to call. Lucky for me, the customer service at Protect-a-Bed was VERY HELPFUL!!! I will not use NorthShore Care Supply again!!!

I purchesed sleeping Mats and what was shipped was not what was pictured, I called the min I received them and was told the 1 that I opened would not be accepted for returned due to opening it !! Very disappointed in there customer service and will not purchese from them again !

I called NorthShore for the purpose of understanding the capacities of the Medium and Large Pull-On Adult Briefs which were advertised. I then put in an order for products from NorthShore. The agent misunderstood my inquiry to be an order and never keyed in the products which I needed. I ordered a $29.00 cover for adult underwear with the grippers on the side by Salk. I was sent the washable underpad which I require you to send me a smart label so that I can return it to you. I have 5 of your underpads already, I did not need another one. I needed a cover. I ordered a pack of 30 Tranquility Pull-Ons, you sent me Tranquility liners. I ordered a pack of 12 Superplus Pull-Ons, you sent me Tranquility liners. I ordered 48 Tena night super pads, and would you believe it. You sent me 48 Tena night super pads. I don't know where I'm gonna store all of this mess that you sent me that I didn't want but I opened it. Your inablity to understand my order is not uncommon. Immediate attention in forwarding the smart label to return the unopened washable underpad. I marked one star up above, there was no way to mark zero stars.

Ordered a mattress protector and didn't realize it didn't encase the mattress. When I called to return it, Lisa, was rude and wanted to argue the fact. When I told her it didn't say non returnable she rudely told me it said that on the website...somewhere!!! Geez what a charmer! I'll buy my Moms very expensive diapers "somewhere" else Lisa. Great customer service, you should consider NOT working with the public. And NorthShore, consider flagging the files that are non returnable as other sites do!!
