Shipping time was over and above expected! Everything was packaged in excellent condition. Product fits me better than any of the others I've tried, but I have to wear it backwards, because I suffer from bowel incontinence and need the coverage in the back instead of the front. I wish you'd design a pull-on pant with the majority of the padding to the rear (thicker and wider).

So far I’ve had a very pleasant experience. I went looking for a better product than the one I was using. Thankfully I found one at North Shore. The washable underwear fit perfectly and allow my crotch to breathe. The wipes are great as are the rest of the order except I find the extra large liners are a bit to large. It is my belief that an extra adhesive strip on them would be beneficial. I would recommend North Shore Care to others.

Love the product, very thick and absorbent however the tapes could probably use a little work they sometimes pop when you where them to bed, but over all this is a wonderful product
