NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

I was dismayed at the size of the box, perhaps a clause about estimated weight would help during ordering. Hopefully, my future orders will be less intense as my journey in caring for my mother full time has not yet begun. I truly cannot carry a weight exceeding 30lbs for more than 100 yards at a time. I would gladly pay extra shipping to limit the size of the box to something manageable - lest you open the package and carry individual contents indiscreetly across a distance. What I didn't pay in shipping, I paid as a tip for a younger person to carry it to my residence from delivery location. I am capable of lifting or moving 50-60 lbs (85 in the case of my Mom), but the demand is usually for only a few feet at a time maximum.

It was average.

No problem with the product or the overall experience..... the problem occurred when I attempted to register my product.. trying to decipher HOW to do it was incrediblily difficult.... I'm a senior citizen but I am not stupid ..but I sure felt like it.. not sure if I ever did get the product registered..because I never got a confirmation number. Oh well i hope I don;t have probs......MikeB.

NorthShore has been good to work with on past orders, which is why they get 3 stars. The last order for my mom was unacceptable as far as the condition of the package and the amount of time it took for the package to arrive. While it may not have been the direct fault of NorthShore and more likely the fault of the FedEx, I received no follow up when I took my concerns to NorthShore customer service.

I have ordered twice from NorthShore and it took a week each time to receive products. I'm used to next day delivery from Parentgiving and will be returning there due to service.

They are thick and absorbent where the padding is. But, like most pull ups they are not designed with men in mind. The front padding is too narrow and does not come up high enough. It should come all the way up to the waist band and be 8 inches wide. It isn't. Hence, they will leak for a guy who bed wets.

I liked your product and service but the diapers were too small but I didn't realize it until after I opened the package. So I am stuck with them now.

Everything came on time and packaged well. Not exactly what I thought I was ordering, but still good nonetheless.
