The heavy duty diaper for wearing in a pool doesn't hold urine any more than the regualr diaper. I have had to change all the bed linens every night.

I was disappointed in myself for not realizing a case of the Depends Real fit was only 48. Walmart has them for 11.97 a package of 12. I spent $30 to much for these.

I live in an area of New Mexico where no merchants carry incontinence supplies. This means I must order online -- but I do not plan to order from you again. I like your merchandise and your prices, but it takes far too long for my order to arrive -- usually at least a week and often longer. I regularly order from Amazon, Target, Sears and Walmart...and orders from these stores arrive within 3 or 4 days tops -- they use Fedex like you, but I get my orders much sooner. Why????? I bought 2 items from Northshore and both were junk! Sorriest products I have ever seen! I will never buy from them again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them! Wasted some hard earned money, too!

My brother who is handicapped was flying in in two days, so my need was immediate I placed an order for next day delivery and was charged $64+ for the FedEx delivery. The next morning I received a confirmation e-mail (which I have a copy of) that the package had been delivered at 9:49 a.m. and was very pleased with the quick turnaround. A few minutes later I received a voice mail message saying the shipping cost was actually $180+. The confirmation e-mail was evidently recalled but I took the copy and checked with CGalloway who was listed as having accepted the package. He informed me that FedEx had not yet come to the building and he had not signed for anything - although the delivery men know him so he surmised that was why they had used his name. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will never order from NorthShore again. I will also advise all I know to avoid using the services of NorthShore. In addition, I will contact Federal Express to share this experience. I will consider calling the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter.

I have yet to receive delivery on my order. FedEx shows order was delivered to to the wrong address. My address is 633 Ramona Avenue #61 Los Osos, Ca. 93402. What happened to my order?

My order was taken too fast has a result received the wrong items and customer service sucked!!!

I gave a btief detail description of the item I was ordering for my wife. I even gave the UPC code, unit per case...... And I still received another item , not what I ordered. Very disappointed with the order. My wife is giving the item to other family members, as it was not what she ordered. Will not order from this company again !!!!
