Why cant you make the couch cover more like a pad that goes on a bed? It is more like a tarp and doesn't stay in place well. It needs to be an ansorbent pad with a water proof membrene on the back like a sick bed pad that come is many different colors. What I got is disappointing

The quality of this product has diminished during the 2 months I've been buying it. The fabric was very sturdy when I first started buying them, but lately it's quality is more like tissue paper. I'm very disappointed; almost like I've been a victim of bait & switch.

I was seeking to also purchase extra large pull up panties, but you are about 30% more pricier than six other in home medical supply warehouses I checked out. Also, your shipping and freight is out of line also. Most other stores pay the S & H when you purchase a certain amount. I never pay for online shipping and freight charges. You should consider the pros and cons of this benefit to your customers.

North Shore's use of targeted advertisement has made me use social media less, and lowered my opinion of the company. I never know when their ads are going to pop up since I have shopped from them. All the discreet shipping in the world doesn't do a thing when I can't show family and friends stuff online without fear of their ads telling everybody I struggle with incontience. Their shipping is also $10, while other companies ship similar products for free. All in all, my experience wasn't terrible, but because of the incessant targeted advertising, I won't be shopping with north shore again.
